#ZoomPizzaCollabs is what I call my most recent Zoom Pizza Project. It’s part of the “second wave” of #ZoomPizzaClasses that I’m currently creating.
The first wave of classes took about six months to create, launch, workshop, fine tune and then publish as Video On-Demand Classes. All taught by me…with the help of my trusted assistant Justin of course.
Then I got the crazy idea that I wanted to begin bringing in my favorite pizza makers, bread bakers and chefs that I know from around the country and around world to help me teach things that I know and care lots about…BUT many of them may know more about specific topics than I do or have more hands-on experience with a pizza style than I do or even a special connection to these topics. Exactly want I want!
Often times their unique perspective is geographic, like bringing in a pizza maker from the New York. Sometimes it’s cultural, like bringing in artisan bread makers from Genoa, Italy.
No matter. The important thing is that with a Zoom Pizza Class, there are no longer any borders. I’m pretty sure anything and everything is possible at this point, as we near the end of 2020.

Daniele Uditi, Italian-American Pizzaiolo from Italy currently working in Los Angeles. We are collaborating together on a bunch of new classes for home bakers and pizza makers.
Dan Richer, American pizza maker currently working out of his pizzeria in Jersey City, New Jersey. He just finished shooting his first cookbook and we have plans to collaborate on a variety of classes focusing on Advanced artisan pizza and bread making including some recipes and techniques from his upcoming book.
Danny DiGiampietro, Italian-American baker, currently working out of his bakery and sandwich shop in Philadelphia, PA. He is at the forefront of the best pizza and sandwiches coming out of his historic city and we’re looking forward to collaborating on both pizza and bread classes.
Katie Parla, American author and journalist currently commuting between Los Angeles and Rome. We recently did a fundraiser featuring the Focaccia Pugliesse from her recent cookbook and have more classes in the works.
Michele D’Amelio, Italian Pizzaiolo from Italy currently working in New York. We are collaborating together on New York 2.0, Neapolitan 2.0 and Pizza Bianca classes.
Adam Kuban, American pizza blogger and pizza maker, currently working in New York. We are collaborating together on New York Pizza and “Bar Pizza” classes.
Stefano Tulipano, Italian-American artisan bread baker currently working in Genoa, Italy. We are collaborating together on a variety of bread classes including Ciabatta with Biga, Focaccia Gonevesse with Poolish and a some really cool Advanced sourdough classes as well.
Chester Hastings, American cookbook author and bread baker, currently working in Los Angeles. We are collaborating together on a variety of Modern Focaccia classes, including sweet and savory.
Kelly Bone, American pizza blogger, currently working in San Diego. We recently did a vegan pizza class that was a big hit and we’ve got another one scheduled for this weekend!
Ines Barlerin Glaser, is the founder/chef of Lupa Cotta, a pop-up pizza company known for throwing dynamic parties around LA. She is at the forefront of our pop-up pizza scene and sells her own artisan dough and DIY pizza kits at the finest stores we know.
Attilio Guarino, Italian-American pizza maker and bagel baker, currently working at his neighborhood pizzeria in New Jersey. We have worked together on a Next Level New York Pizza class and have plans to do more with sourdough, wood-fire and bagels.
Claudio Urciuoli, Italian-American artisan bread bake and Che, currently working out of his restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. We are collaborating together on a variety of sourdough bread and pizza classes focusing on ancient grains and sustainability.
Aaron Rice, gluten-free evangelist working out of his family business in Gardena, CA. We have plans to collaborate on a variety of pizza and bread making classes including gluten-free pizza and bread.
