I was able to take a class at Surfas LA pre-pandemic and it was absolutely wonderful. Noel and Justin are very passionate, curious, open and hardworking folks. I would highly recommend one of their classes to anyone. Bakers, Pizzaiolos, enthusiasts of anything fermented. In addition the network of things and other topics and skills they continue to provide post class.
