I thought I knew how to make pizza. Flour, water, yeast, salt, olive oil…how hard could it be? There is so much more to pizza making then the ingredients! I now have an appreciation process and temperature. The beginner class improved my pizza game tremendously! Even if you think you are past the beginner stage I highly recommend you take the beginner class. It builds a great foundation for artisanal pizza making. Looking forward to the intermediate class.
