We will send a link to our class files which will include recipes and a shopping list, which will include instructions to prepare your poolish in advance of the class, as well as your dough, toppings, and everything else you’ll need for our time spent together during class.
By preparing a poolish in advance of our class, you will be able to mix your dough simultaneously with Danny and the rest of us during class. By preparing a batch of dough in advance of class as well, you will then be able to bake in your oven while Danny bakes in his oven and the rest of class bakes in theirs.
We’ll also send you additional instructions and links for purchasing pizza pans in case you don’t already have a pan you like or would like to try something new. And finally, just before class. we’ll sen you your very own secure link to the Zoom webinar.
And please don’t worry. We’re certain this deep-dive virtual pizza class will give you the opportunity to ask all of your burning artisan pizza questions. We’ll answer all of your pre-class questions via email.
